How long does it keep drinks cold or hot?
Rated up to 24 hours cold and 12 hours hot with the lid closed. Real times change with the starting temperature, the amount of ice, the room temperature and how often you open the lid.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing. The cleaning brush in the box reaches the straw.
Is the straw removable?
Yes. It sits inside the lid and lifts out, so you can clean both parts separately.
Can I carry it in my bag?
The safety lock keeps the lid closed. We have not published a leak test, so carry it upright.
