Introduction

We aim to ship your order quickly and reliably. This page explains processing times, estimated delivery windows, shipping costs, tracking, and important information about customs and duties for international deliveries.


Order Processing Time

Processing time is the time we need to verify your order, prepare it, and hand it to the carrier.

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Processing time is in addition to the delivery time shown below.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Shipping Timelines & Destinations

We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days.

  • Please note these are estimates and can vary by destination and service availability.

Important (no delivery-date guarantee):
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, peak seasons/holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Your order may ship from our international partner warehouses and, when necessary, may be delivered in separate parcels.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and order value.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—please check the site banner and checkout for current offers.


Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (one per parcel, if multiple).
Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s system.


Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different warehouse locations. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers and updates for each shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important Information)

Incoterms® 2020 — DAP (Delivered at Place).
All shipments are sent under DAP terms. This means you are the importer of record and are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees required by your local authorities.

  • We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • Customs policies vary widely by country—please contact your local customs office for guidance.

  • Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.


Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect/incomplete or the parcel was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for redelivery costs and any additional carrier fees incurred.
