How long does insulation last?
Many bottles keep drinks cold up to 24 hours and hot up to 12 hours. Results vary by size, fill level, and ambient temperature.
Are your bottles dishwasher-safe?
We recommend hand-washing to protect finishes, seals, and electronics (for smart lids).
What materials do you use?
Food-grade stainless (304 or 316) with BPA-free components. See each product’s Specs.
Smart Features (LED, Reminders, App)
Do I need an app?
Most temperature displays are on-lid (no app). App tracking is noted on the product page when available.
Do smart lids need charging?
Power details vary by model. Check the Specs section of your product page or the user guide.
Is the temperature display exact?
It’s a guidance readout; readings can vary slightly based on environment and use.
UV-C Care
What does “UV-C care” mean?
A between-wash care cycle in the cap for the bottle interior. It’s not a medical device and not a water treatment.
Do you claim germ-kill percentages?
No. We don’t make medical claims. Use potable water and regular washing as directed.
Bar & Coolers
Will the wine cooler fit all 750 ml bottles?
It fits most standard shapes. Oversized or unusual bottles may vary.
How long will the ice bucket hold ice?
Up to 48 hours in favorable conditions (pre-chilled, lidded, out of direct sun).
