Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with a clear, fair, and transparent process. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to Start a Return (Mandatory RMA Process)
To keep things efficient and make sure your parcel goes to the correct facility, all returns must follow our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

Contact Us First
Email info@rovebottle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. -
Receive Your RMA
If your return is eligible, our team will issue a unique RMA number and provide the correct return address for the designated logistics facility, plus packing/shipping instructions. -
Ship Your Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We strongly recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Important: Returns sent without a valid RMA number or to our registered office address will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Conditions for a Return (Change of Mind)
To be eligible for a return based on a change of mind, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be in the original packaging with all tags, components, and accessories included.
Return shipping costs (change of mind):

The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Once confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs (or provide a pre-paid label where available) and offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene clause: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used drinkware (bottles, coolers, etc.) unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, unless required by law.

Returned items that are not in resaleable condition (e.g., used, missing parts, damaged packaging beyond what’s necessary to inspect the product) may be refused or subject to a deduction.
Refunds Process

Inspection
Once we receive your return at the designated facility, our team will inspect it according to the criteria above. -
Approval & Processing
If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. -
What’s Refunded

Change of mind: we refund the product price. Original delivery/shipping charges are not refunded (unless required by law).

Defective/incorrect items: we refund the product price plus original delivery charges where applicable, and we cover the return shipping as outlined above.
Note: Until the parcel is delivered to the address we specify, you are responsible for it. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
EU & UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:

Notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@rovebottle.com and follow the RMA process above to return the product.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from informing us of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the refund in accordance with applicable law. Deductions may apply for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Statutory exceptions may apply (e.g., certain sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed for health/hygiene reasons).
