1. Introduction and who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rovebottle.com and to orders placed on it.

Rove Bottle is a trading name of RVA Consulting Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15082610. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9BH, United Kingdom. This is our registered office only. It is not a returns address and does not receive visitors.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean RVA Consulting Ltd. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

These Terms should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

To place an order, you must have reached the age of majority where you live. Our store sells to consumers. It is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the United Kingdom.

We ship only to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Products and information

We sell insulated drinkware, including water bottles, tumblers, travel mugs and smart bottles with temperature displays, and accessories such as lids, straws, cleaning brushes and carry bags.

Colors may look different on your screen from the actual product.

Where a product page gives performance figures, it also states the conditions behind them.

5. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in the currency of your market: US dollars (USD), Canadian dollars (CAD) or pounds sterling (GBP).

Our prices include all taxes and import duties. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. Nothing is ever collected on delivery.

6. Orders and payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.

If a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order. If we do, we refund you in full.

Before you pay, you can review your order and correct any details at checkout. When you place your order, we send you an order confirmation email. Our contract with you is formed when we send that email. The contract is made in English, and your confirmation email contains your order details.

7. Promotions and discount codes

If you sign up for our emails, we send you a 10% discount code by email. The same offer may also be shown in a sign-up pop-up.

The 10% sign-up code:

  • Is valid on a first order only.
  • Can be used once per customer.
  • Can't be combined with other discount codes.
  • Has no cash value.
  • Can't be applied to past orders.

8. Shipping, delivery and risk

Standard shipping is free on every order. Delivery times, carriers and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy.

Ownership of the products, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when the products are delivered to you.

9. Returns, refunds and the right of withdrawal

You can return products and request refunds as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The conditions and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Defects and legal guarantees

We don't offer a separate commercial warranty. Your statutory rights apply and are not excluded by these Terms.

  • United Kingdom: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
  • United States and Canada: nothing in these Terms excludes the implied warranties or statutory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, graphics and the Rove Bottle name, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may view it for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use of the site

When you use our site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Place false orders or use another person's payment details without permission.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or other users' data.
  • Introduce viruses or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the site.

13. Limitation of liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Termination

We may refuse or cancel an order, or suspend your access to the site, in cases of fraud, misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

If you have an active order, we will notify you of significant changes by email. Each order is governed by the Terms in force on the date of purchase.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in force.

These Terms, together with the policies linked in section 2, make up the agreement between you and us for your order. This does not affect your statutory rights, or our responsibility for what we tell you about our products.
