Terms of service
Last updated: September 29, 2025
1) Introduction & Site Operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.rovebottle.com and any purchase of products offered on it (the “Site” and the “Products”). The Site is operated by RVA Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15082610), with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9BH, United Kingdom (“RVA Consulting Ltd”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our other policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version date appears at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2) Eligibility
You must be of the legal age of majority in your place of residence to purchase Products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3) Products and Information Accuracy
We sell drinkware and related accessories under the ROVE brand, offered through our online store Rovebottle. We strive to display accurate information; however, minor variations in color, finish, dimensions, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen settings, or supplier updates. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue Products, correct errors or omissions (including pricing and availability), and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
4) Orders, Payment, and Taxes
Each order you place is an offer to buy the Products specified in the order. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, errors in stock or pricing, or inability to ship to your address). If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled item(s).
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site and exclude/include taxes as stated at checkout. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and local tax rules. Payment is due at the time of order using the payment methods we make available. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
5) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss — International Fulfilment
Fulfilment and origin. Orders may be fulfilled by our logistics partners and can ship from multiple facilities, including locations outside your country.
Delivery timelines. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control. Tracking details will be provided where available.
Customs & import charges (Incoterms® 2020 — DAP). Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, shipments are made under Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place). This means you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance fees required by your local authorities. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse to pay such charges and the shipment is returned or destroyed, you may remain responsible for the order and any associated costs.
Risk of loss & title.
-
For consumers located in the United Kingdom or the European Union: risk of loss and title transfer to you upon actual delivery to your possession (or to a person you designate), in line with mandatory consumer law.
-
For customers in other countries or for non-consumer (business) purchases: risk of loss and title transfer to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier.
6) Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal — RMA Process
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full conditions and instructions.
RMA authorization required. Because our network uses multiple partner facilities, we do not maintain a single public return address. To initiate any return, you must first contact us at info@rovebottle.com within the applicable return window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address for the relevant logistics center. Returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address may be refused.
Condition, exclusions, and cost of return. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories unless the return concerns a manufacturing defect. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used drinkware unless defective. Unless we have made an error or the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs and remain responsible for the goods until they reach the designated facility (use a tracked service).
Refund timelines. Once your return is received and inspected per the Refund Policy, approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers). If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, subject to statutory exceptions (e.g., sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons). To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days and then return the goods following the RMA process above. We may make deductions for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7) Consumer Rights and Legal Guarantees (EU/UK)
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any non-excludable consumer rights you have under applicable law. For consumers in the EU/UK, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for goods, which requires that Products be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a Product is defective or non-conforming, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund under applicable law. These rights apply in addition to, and not in place of, our commercial policies.
8) Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, look and feel, text, graphics, logos, images, and software are owned by or licensed to RVA Consulting Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Rovebottle is our trade name and ROVE is our brand used on Products. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
9) Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected, or that descriptions or content are complete, current, or error-free.
10) Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for defective products under mandatory product liability laws.
Subject to the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
-
Our total aggregate liability for any loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
-
Consumer carve-out: The above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law and do not affect your statutory rights (including the EU/UK legal guarantee of conformity).
11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you reside in the EU/UK, in the courts of your place of residence as permitted by mandatory law. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
