FAQ
How does the lid work?
Press the button and the spout pops open for a quick sip. To drink faster, add ice or refill, flip the whole top open. Slide the side lock before it goes in your bag.
Is it leakproof?
It isn't rated leakproof. The side lock keeps the button from opening the spout by accident, but carry it upright in your bag rather than lying flat.
Can I put hot drinks in it?
We recommend cold drinks. A push-button spout can let hot liquid spray out when it pops open under pressure. For coffee or tea, a travel mug from our Commute & Coffee collection is the safer choice.
Does it keep water cold?
Yes. It is double-wall vacuum insulated, so cold water stays cold much longer than in a single-wall bottle, and the outside doesn't sweat. Pre-chill it with ice water for the longest cold.
Is it dishwasher-safe?
Hand wash recommended. The dishwasher can wear down the matte finish and the seals in the lid. Unscrew the lid, rinse the spout and let everything dry with the lid off.
